Terms of coaching
1. Services
Jack Good Fitness provides online fitness coaching, including workout programming, general nutrition guidance, check-ins, exercise demonstrations, and messaging support. Coaching is educational and is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Health and safety
I confirm that the health and injury information I provided is accurate. I understand exercise carries risks, including strains, falls, equipment accidents, serious injury, and, although uncommon, death. I agree to stop exercise and seek appropriate professional help if I experience concerning symptoms.
3. Assumption of risk and release
I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the inherent risks of exercise and fitness coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and hold harmless Jack Good Fitness and Jack Good from claims for injury or loss resulting from those inherent risks, except where a release is prohibited by law.
4. Results and responsibilities
No particular result is guaranteed. I am responsible for using safe equipment and surroundings, following instructions, communicating limitations, and deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for me.
5. Payment and cancellation
Online coaching requires a three-month commitment. Payment is made through Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Cash only after acceptance into coaching. Monthly payments are due before each monthly coaching period begins, or the three-month package may be paid in full. Renewals are not automatic. Fees become nonrefundable once the paid coaching period begins or personalized programming has been delivered, except where required by law.
6. Communication
Coaching messages are for routine support and are not monitored for emergencies. For an emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate medical professional.
